Absence Tracker is a "Free" application operating on Android. The application is built with a local-first architecture and does not require an internet connection or external servers to fulfill its core functionalities.

The application operates entirely offline on your device.

  App Data Storage: All data related to your absences, classes, and schedules is saved directly inside your device's secure local storage (via Drift local database and SharedPreferences) and never leaves your device.

  Device and Network Information: No network tracking, IP logs, or Advertising Identifiers (AAID) are processed, collected, or shared with third parties.

  Purposes of Processing: Since no data is collected, transmitted, or stored on an external server, there is no processing of personal data on our part. All core functionalities are handled directly on the user's local device.

The application does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or external advertising networks that collect or track user data. The application operates independently of any third-party data tracking mechanisms.

The data you record in the Absence Tracker application (attendance records, courses, and preferences) is stored strictly and securely in your device's local storage. We do not transfer or store your application data on any external server. Your data remains on your device until you delete the application or clear the application cache/data through your device settings.

Since Absence Tracker operates entirely offline and does not collect or store data on external servers, no data transfers are made to third parties, cloud providers, or judicial authorities from our side. Your data remains 100% under your physical control on your own device.

Under both GDPR (European Union) and KVKK (Türkiye) frameworks, users retain full control over their data.

Since Absence Tracker stores all data locally on your device, you can exercise your right to access, rectify, or permanently erase (right to be forgotten) your data at any time simply by modifying your data within the app, clearing the app storage, or uninstalling the application.
