Welcome to adrecho. adrecho is an independent, personal social media project developed and operated by an individual developer, Ali Osman ŞAHİN ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"). This Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by any corporate entity or commercial company.

  License to Us: By posting content on the Service, you grant the Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service.

  Public Visibility of Replies and Likes: Regardless of whether your account privacy is set to Public or Private, any reply you post to an echo and any like you apply to an echo will be published publicly and will be visible to any user on the platform. By using the reply and like features, you acknowledge and agree that this specific content loses its "private" status to maintain the continuous and social nature of public conversations.

>3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using adrecho:

  Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

• ■

  Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, security, or performance of the Service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts.

  Using automated systems (including bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access, harvest, or manipulate data from the Service without prior authorization.

>4. Account Suspension and Deletion

  Content and Account Removal: You have the right to delete your own echoes, replies, likes, or your entire account at any time via the in-app settings.

• ■

  Developer's Rights: The Developer reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to modify, refuse, or remove any user content, or suspend/terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, or harm the community, without prior notice or liability.

>5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

adrecho is a personal, independent, and non-commercial project. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, reliability, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ali Osman ŞAHİN (the Developer) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

>7. Third-Party Infrastructure (Google Firebase)

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure provided by Google Firebase (including Authentication and Cloud Firestore/Realtime Database) for data storage, hosting, and backend management. You acknowledge that infrastructure availability and data processing are subject to Google's terms and performance, and the Developer cannot be held liable for outages, breaches, or technical failures stemming directly from Google Firebase services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where feasible, providing an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
